Cancellation & Refund Policy

Online appointment requests do not need advance payment.
To cancel or change, call reception with your booking ID at least 2 hours before the slot.
If the doctor is not available we will offer another slot or doctor.
Advance deposits are adjusted in the final bill; any excess is refunded at discharge or within 7 working days.
Charges for tests, medicines or services already given are not refundable.
